At Better Flakes™, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a positive experience.
Due to the nature of fish food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. All sales are considered final once the product has been opened.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper use, overfeeding, or incorrect storage of the product.
If you have any concerns, we’re here to help and will do our best to resolve issues fairly.
